Materials of the Republican scientific-practical conference “The universal significance of study and promotion of science and culture of the Temurid epoch”

The centralized state created by Amir Temur contributed to the development of socio-political and cultural processes in the country. Since Amir Temur was a ruler who knew that science plays a major role in the development of the state, he respected scientists. Indeed, the dawn of science and culture in Central Asia in the second half of the 14th  – 15th centuries is closely connected with the name and activities of Amir Temur and the Temurids. Since conditions were created here for the development of scientific and literary activities, many scientists lived and worked.

The tradition started by Amir Temur on the patronage of representatives of science and culture was continued by his descendants. The diversified development of the state, as well as the developed era on a global scale, left great importance in the pages of history.
