On September 13 this year, the State Museum of the History of the Temurids of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in honor of the 31stanniversary of the independence of our Motherland and in order to ensure the execution of instructionsprovided by Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No.261 dated May 27, 2022 “On the development of services in museumthe event “Museums of Uzbekistan – centers of spirituality” was held.In the event, as part of the “Journey to the Past” program, first-year students of TashSAU, schoolchildren from №110 of the Mirabad district school and from № 274 of the Yunusabad district school, as well as visitors to the museum, a concert program was organized by the musicians of the “Saikal” ensemble of the Faculty of Folk Art at the Department of “National songs” of the State Institute of Art and Culture of Uzbekistan, as well as by the State Theater for Young Spectators, a performance of the play “Shirak” was shown. Also, charitable certificates were presented to the museum staff and representatives of the population for their participation in the action “My contribution to the national heritage”, which is aimed at encouraging and promoting the transfer of cultural property stored by the population to museums.As part of this action, ancient dishes, lithographic works, copper and silver coins of the Temurids era were transferred to the museum treasury.
