On June 15, 2021 at the State Museum of the Temurid History an event was held in memory of the famous sourceologist, museologist, candidate of historical sciences, associate professor, holder of the order “MEHNAT SHUHRATI”, medal “SHUHRAT”, mentor and teacher Habibullayev Nоzim Nasibullayevich. The event was opened by the Director of the State Museum of Temurid History of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, PH.D of historical sciences Faiziev H.T., Vice-President of the UzRAS, Dr. of History, prof., B.A. Abdukhalimov, Director of the History Institute of the UzRAS, Dr. of History, professor, Senator Azamat Ziyo and Chief Adviser to the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Uzbekistan A.S. Mirzorakhimov. At the event, colleagues, friends, relatives and students of the scholar shared their heartfelt memories. The scholar’s foreign colleagues, Dr. Elena Pascaleva of Leiden University and Frederic Bressan, President of the “Association for Temirid Art and History” in France, participated through the Zoom platform. The event included a presentation of the book of memories “LIFE DEVOTED TO SCIENCE“, dedicated to the memory of orientalist, museologist, historian scholar Khabibullaev Nozim Nasibullaevich, which was presented to the participants of the event. The collection includes memories of Nozim Nasibullaevich, articles about the life and scientific activities of the teacher. Reading the essays in the memory book, the reader learns of the mentor’s great legacy of museology and history, his contribution to the promotion of the Temurid Renaissance, his human qualities, his edification and kind-heartedness to young people. Also, you can once again feel his love for his profession by looking at pictures of scientific and practical activities. As part of the event there was organized an exhibition “Photos from the substantial and exemplary life of the multifaceted scientist Khabibullaev Nozim Nasibullaevich”.
