On November 5, 2021 in the Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies in collaboration with the State Museum of the Temurid History was held scientific-practical conference “Life, personality, socio-political and cultural-educational activities of Gawharshod Begim”.The event was opened with an introductory and congratulatory speech by museum director Khurshid Fayziev and Rector of TSUOS Gulchehra Rikhsieva. In the course of the conference a number of scientists of the State Museum of Temurid History participated with their reports, in particular, the head of the museum department, Honored Worker of Culture of Uzbekistan, Professor Abdumajid Madraimov on “The image of women-musicians in the miniatures of the Temurid period”, senior researcher, PhD of history Omonulla Buriev on “The essence of the contribution of women in the creative activities of the Temurids in written sources”, senior researcher, PhD of history Ozoda Rakhmatullaeva “Showing the creative image of the Temurid princesses in historical studies”, senior researcher honored worker of arts of Uzbekistan Tulkin Khait on “Approaches of Gawharshod begim, and the Temurid princesses on education of children” and researcher Farrukh Avazov “About the political activity of Gawharshod begim”. Along with the TSUOSO rientalist historians, partner organization – UzAS the Abu Rayhon Beruni Institute of Oriental Studies, researchers of the Institute of History, as well as source scientists and scholars of history, doctoral students, master’s students and independent researchers who involved in scientific research in this sphere are also took part in conference.
